Robert Gray is the author of two books of poems, DREW: Poems from Blue Water and I Wish That I Were Langston Hughes. He has taught at the University of Alabama, Michigan State University, and Troy State University, and is currently at the University of South Alabama, where he directs the Program for the Enhancement of Teaching and Learning and teaches in the English Department. He lives in Mobile, AL with his wife, Kim, and two children, Liam and Emma.
