Nicholas Helms is currently a Ph.D. student in the University of Alabama’s Hudson Strode Program in Renaissance Studies.  When he’s not contemplating the inner workings of Shakespeare’s brain or working
with the Rude Mechanicals, a Tuscaloosa theatrical group, he writes sonnets and fantasy.
