Michael Mejia is the recipient of a Literature Fellowship from the NEA and a grant from the Ludwig Vogelstein Foundation. His novel Forgetfulness was published by FC 2, and his fiction, nonfiction, and book reviews have appeared in or are forthcoming from Black Warrior Review, AGNI, Denver Quarterly, Notre Dame Review, Seneca Review, Esquire online, New Orleans Review, and American Book Review, among others.
