Jenny Gropp Hess is an MFA student at the University of Alabama and the editor of the Black Warrior Review. She is the winner of the 2010 Columbia: A Journal of Literature and Art poetry contest, selected by Dan Beachy-Quick (forthcoming). Her work has appeared in The Hat, Moist Towelette, and Cedilla.
